What You’ll Do:
As a 3rd– 6th Year Associate, you will play a pivotal role in complex legal matters, working closely with seasoned partners and a collaborative team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting legal research and analysis on diverse and sophisticated cases.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and memoranda.
- Participating in client meetings, providing strategic advice and support.
- Engaging in business development and client relationship management.
- Contributing to the firm’s pro bono initiatives and diversity programs.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida State Bar.
- 3-6 years of experience in a top-tier law firm or equivalent legal setting.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- A demonstrated commitment to diversity, inclusion, and pro bono work.
