Requirements

  • JD from a top-tier law school.
  • 3-5 years of M&A experience, including public and private company mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
  • Expertise in drafting definitive transaction agreements and managing due diligence and disclosure processes.
  • Strong academic credentials, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Active bar membership in the state where you will be based.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $260,000 to $365,000, based on year classification.
