Requirements:

• 2–4 years of litigation experience from a mid to large law firm.

• Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school.

• Experience drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and managing discovery in financial, securities, or complex civil litigation.

• Massachusetts Bar admission required.

• Federal or appellate clerkship is a plus.

• Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills.

• Strong work ethic and a collaborative team approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft complaints, motions, and legal memoranda.

• Manage discovery, including e-discovery platforms and deposition prep.

• Research legal issues related to commercial, financial, and securities litigation.

• Collaborate with teams across the firm on multi-jurisdictional disputes.
