Litigation Associate (6th-8th Year), Dallas, TX

A leading law firm in Dallas is seeking a talented Litigation Associate (2017–2019 law school graduate) to join its innovative and high-performing litigation team. Compensation for this role is between $365k and $420k, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in state and federal litigation
• Strong interest in diverse industries such as oil and gas, energy, employment, antitrust, securities, fiduciary, and privacy law
• Prior experience with depositions, hearings, or trials is a plus
• District or appellate court clerkship experience is a bonus
• Excellent research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• JD required, with admission to the state bar in good standing
• Ideal candidate based in the Dallas area or willing to relocate
