Qualified candidates will have top-tier law school credentials and a solid background in IP or patent litigation. An undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or related technical fields is strongly preferred. Experience with PTAB disputes or a CAFC clerkship will be considered a significant advantage.
