Key Details:

  • Experience: 1-3 years drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
  • Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical expertise preferred.
  • Requirements: Admission to a state bar and the USPTO.
  • Locations: Chicago, Denver, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., or Wilmington.
  • Compensation: $160,000 – $255,000 (dependent on experience and location).
