Finance Associate Opportunity – Multiple Locations
A prestigious national law firm is actively seeking a finance associate to join its dynamic Corporate Practice Group. This position offers flexibility in office location, with opportunities available in New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Indiana, Chicago, Minneapolis, and Denver.
Role Overview: We are looking for a finance associate with 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, ideally with exposure to commercial finance transactions involving financial institutions and borrowers. Experience with loan originations, real estate financings, and drafting loan, security, intercreditor, and related documents is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will also have experience leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, advising on covenant compliance, and handling multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Key Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of corporate finance experience, particularly with commercial finance transactions.
- Expertise in drafting loan documents and managing the finance process.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments efficiently.
- Stellar academic credentials.
This position offers a hybrid work model, generally requiring two days in the office. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $190,000 to $315,000, depending on experience, location, and other job-related factors.
