Executive Compensation Associate
TPOPS are actively engaged with a prestigious law firm in New York that are actively seeking an associate with 2-3 years of experience to join its Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits group. The ideal candidate will have a background in executive compensation and employee benefits related to corporate transactions and financial restructurings, as well as expertise in the securities aspects of executive compensation, including public company disclosure.
The Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits group advises both public and private companies, private equity firms, executives, and lenders on a comprehensive range of matters concerning compensation and benefit plans. This includes addressing issues related to mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy and restructuring, corporate governance, and securities and tax compliance.
Strong academic credentials and relevant law firm experience are required.
