Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience handling management-side employment litigation and counseling.

Background in trade secret misappropriation, restrictive covenants, discrimination, and harassment claims.

Familiarity with employment law aspects of corporate transactions, including M&A.

Strong experience advising on workplace policies, leaves, terminations, and compliance.

California Bar admission preferred.

Excellent academic credentials and superior communication skills required.

Key Responsibilities:

Litigate employment-related disputes in state and federal court.

Handle matters involving employee mobility, non-competes, and trade secrets.

Advise clients on employment law compliance, internal investigations, and policy development.

Support employment diligence and negotiations in corporate transactions.

Draft pleadings, briefs, and employment agreements.
