This team specializes in representing high-profile clients in industries such as technology, life sciences, green energy, and cleantech, providing strategic counsel and litigating complex matters. The role involves handling a broad range of cases, including trade secret misappropriation, non-compete agreements, discrimination cases, and employment issues in M&A transactions.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in management-side employment litigation and counseling
  • Expertise in employment disputes, HR advisory, and employment mobility (trade secrets, non-competes)
  • Familiarity with corporate transaction support, particularly in M&A
  • California Bar admission preferred
  • Strong academic background and excellent communication skills
