Our client is a highly regarded, multi-disciplinary law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3-5 years of transactional experience to join its growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated corporate and transactional matters in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The firm also provides a hybrid in-office/remote work schedule for flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle due diligence, legal research, and drafting/negotiating transaction documents
• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, and corporate governance matters
• Engage directly with clients and manage substantial components of corporate transactions
• Experience in the healthcare and life sciences industries is a plus, but not required

Ideal Candidate:

• 3-5 years of demonstrated corporate and transactional experience
• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• NJ or CT bar admission in good standing
