Who We’re Looking For:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Washington State Bar.
- 2-7 years of experience in capital markets, with a strong background in handling sophisticated securities transactions in a top-tier law firm or equivalent legal setting.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
