A prestigious law firm in Dallas is seeking a highly qualified associate to join its Antitrust and Competition team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated attorney with a strong background in antitrust law to represent clients in complex civil litigation, DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations, and criminal enforcement matters.
About the Role
As an associate in this leading practice, your responsibilities will include:
- Representing clients in civil litigation and DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations
- Assisting with criminal enforcement matters
- Providing strategic advice on antitrust issues
- Collaborating with enforcement agencies (DOJ/FTC)
- Drafting and reviewing critical documents, including pleadings, motions, and reports
Desired Qualifications
- 2 to 6 years of experience (Law school class years 2018-2022)
- Substantive knowledge of antitrust law
- Experience working with enforcement agencies (DOJ/FTC) or prior DOJ/FTC government service is ideal
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Top academic credentials
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $235,000 – $390,000 (commensurate with experience)
