Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of meaningful real estate experience with a focus on condominium development.
• Expertise in structuring and developing commercial, retail, hotel, resort, residential condominiums, land condominiums, master/homeowner’s/property owners’ associations, and vertical subdivisions.
• Proven ability to draft complex condominium and vertical subdivision documents.
• Portable book of business to support a team of 1-2 associates and a paralegal.
• Admitted in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Strong communication, analytical, and advocacy skills.
