We are working with a highly-regarded international law firm seeking a Senior M&A Associate or Counsel with 7+ years of experience in M&A transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team at the forefront of complex, high-profile deals across various industries, including entertainment, technology, fashion, fintech, and life sciences.

Key Qualifications:

• 7+ years of M&A experience
• Expertise in corporate transactional matters and joint ventures
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• California Bar admission preferred
