Salary: $225,000–$290,000 (DOE)
Location: Charleston, South Carolina

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of litigation experience, preferably in federal court.

• Experience with health care reimbursement disputes and related health care litigation matters is a plus.

• Strong academic credentials, research, and writing skills.

• Ability to independently handle a caseload, take depositions, and appear in court.

• Membership in the South Carolina bar is required or eligibility to become a member.

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.

• Collaborate with senior associates and partners on litigation strategy and case management.
