Overview:
A nationally recognized litigation practice is seeking a driven and experienced associate to join its downtown Los Angeles team. The ideal candidate will bring 2 to 6 years of experience in complex civil litigation and/or white collar investigations, ideally with a strong academic record and experience at a leading law firm or federal clerkship.

This is a unique opportunity to work with high-growth clients across cutting-edge sectors such as technology, life sciences, and biotech, while contributing to a collaborative and high-performance litigation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in all phases of litigation, including research, pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Handle high-stakes disputes in state and federal courts

• Support white collar defense and regulatory investigations

• Work directly with clients and help shape litigation strategy

• Contribute to team development, mentoring, and knowledge sharing

Qualifications:

• 2–6 years of complex litigation and/or investigations experience

• JD from a top-tier law school

• Federal clerkship experience preferred

• Licensed in California or eligible for admission

• Strong writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills

• A commitment to collaboration and client service excellence
