About the Role
In this exciting position, you will work on high-profile M&A transactions, providing you with significant responsibility in drafting key deal documents, leading complex due diligence, managing deals, and client interactions. You will be part of a collaborative team that values both professional growth and providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft primary deal documents for M&A transactions
- Lead due diligence processes and manage deal teams
- Work closely with clients, managing expectations and delivering quality legal services
- Mentor and collaborate with junior associates and internal specialist teams
- Engage in client-facing opportunities and gain significant exposure to high-profile M&A transactions
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in M&A and general corporate law
- Strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and communication skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
- Experience leading complex transactions and working with senior partners on sophisticated deals
- JD from a top law school and active bar membership
