Our client is a prestigious national law firm with a strong focus on technology transactions and intellectual property. We are seeking an IP Associate to join its highly regarded Technology Transactions team, based in the Boston legal market. The firm offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge IP matters within life sciences and other innovation-driven technology sectors. Compensation for this role is between $260k to $310k, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in intellectual property transactions, life sciences, or AI.
• Strong background in life sciences, AI, or a related technology field.
• Excellent research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• JD required with admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• The ideal candidate would be based in the Boston legal market.
