Requirements:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, preferably with a technical background in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering.
  • Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
