- USPTO registration required.
- For Counsel roles, active bar membership in good standing or eligibility to waive into the Texas bar is needed.
- Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of organic chemistry, polymers, and downstream oil and gas operations.
- Experience in patent portfolio management, drafting formal opinions on IP matters, and performing IP evaluations.
