Requirements:

- USPTO registration required.
- Familiarity with all aspects of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution.
- Prior law firm experience required; industry experience or patent litigation exposure is a plus.
- Exceptional academic credentials and strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
