Requirements:

  • Education: Ph.D. in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related discipline.
  • Registration: USPTO registration required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, evaluating patent portfolios, and conducting due diligence investigations. Law firm experience preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication (written and oral), and leadership skills. Comfort working directly with clients and collaboratively in a team environment.
