A premier law firm in Dallas is seeking a talented litigation associate from the law school classes of 2017–2019 to join its dynamic and forward-thinking litigation team. As a member of this team, you’ll tackle diverse and sophisticated litigation matters across industries such as:

• Oil and Gas
• Energy
• Fiduciary Litigation
• Employment
• Privacy
• Antitrust
• Securities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching and drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Managing all aspects of discovery
• Handling case and client management tasks
• Gaining exposure to depositions, hearings, and trials

Preferred Experience

• A strong interest in state and federal litigation practice
• District or appellate court clerkship experience is a plus but not required
• Previous deposition, hearing, or trial experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $365,000 – $420,000 (commensurate with experience)
