A highly regarded law firm is seeking a talented Employment Litigation Associate to join its thriving practice in Palo Alto or San Francisco. This team specializes in representing cutting-edge clients across technology, life sciences, green energy, and cleantech, providing strategic counsel and litigating high-stakes matters.
The Employment & Trade Secret Group offers a dynamic and collaborative environment, handling a diverse range of matters including trade secret misappropriation, covenants not to compete, high-profile discrimination cases, and employment issues in M&A transactions.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5 years of experience in management-side employment litigation and counselling.
- Demonstrated experience with employment disputes, day-to-day HR advisory, and employment mobility issues (trade secrets, non-competes, etc.).
- Familiarity with employment-related corporate transaction support (M&A).
- California Bar admission (preferred).
- Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
