Commercial Litigation Associate

The People Of: Professional Services is currently representing a global law firm, who are seeking a commercial litigation associate with 3 to 5 years of experience for their Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate should have significant knowledge of litigation procedures, including responding to pleadings, drafting motions, and managing document-intensive matters, with familiarity in M&A dispute issues preferred.

Candidates should also have experience in managing multiple workflows and mentoring junior attorneys. A strong academic background, excellent research and writing skills, and strong communication abilities are essential. Attention to detail, a commitment to client service, and the capability to prioritize effectively are also important for this role. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and in good standing.
