Business Litigation Associate

TPOPS is engaged with a well-established law firm, who are actively seeking an associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join its Business Litigation Practice Group in Orlando. The associate will work closely with partners representing a diverse range of clients, including hospitality companies, real estate developers, property owners, general contractors, and Fortune 500 companies in complex business disputes.

Key responsibilities will include drafting pleadings and motions, handling depositions, and attending hearings. The ideal candidate will possess top academic credentials, excellent research skills, and the ability to write persuasively. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment alongside several partners, requiring strong organizational skills, diligence, and comfort in court.

Candidates must be members of the Florida Bar and have experience in federal litigation. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic business litigation practice, with opportunities for increased responsibility and client interaction.
