Our client is ranked Elite by Vault and Tier 1 by Chambers and have won numerous awards for their excellence and Associate Satisfaction.

They are seeking an associate with 1-5 years of experience in class action, commercial, and financial restructuring litigation. Candidates should possess a comprehensive understanding of all facets of commercial litigation, including drafting and responding to complaints, managing discovery, handling motion practice, and conducting trials and appeals. This practice group engages in high-stakes litigation for a diverse clientele globally, emphasising strategic solutions to regulatory and compliance challenges, as well as litigation when business resolutions are unattainable.

Strong research and writing abilities are essential, with stellar academic credentials and relevant law firm experience are required.
