Their Miami office is expanding, and they are seeking a talented Corporate Associate with expertise in Debt Finance to join their team. The firm provide a collaborative and inclusive work environment, focusing on professional growth and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent lenders, financial institutions, private equity firms, and corporate borrowers in sophisticated debt finance transactions.
• Structure, negotiate, and draft a wide range of financing agreements, including acquisition finance, syndicated loans, asset-based lending, and more.
• Advise clients on the legal aspects of complex financial structures, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Work closely with cross-practice teams on multi-disciplinary transactions, including M&A and capital markets.
• Manage multiple transactions, providing practical and strategic legal advice to meet client objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-6 years of debt finance experience at a leading law firm.
• Strong background in corporate lending, including the negotiation and drafting of loan agreements, credit facilities, and related documents.
• Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
• A detail-oriented, proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar (or willingness to become admitted).
