As an Associate 2nd-4th year, in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, you would have the chance to work alongside and learn from seasoned practitioners, significantly accelerating your professional development.

Our client has an opportunity for a Patent Agent or Patent Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to support the Firm’s patent prosecution practice, leveraging technical expertise to assist the Firm’s clients in protecting their technology with patents. As a Patent Agent or Patent Attorney, you will draft and prosecute applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and support due diligence efforts.

Our client operates across multiple regions, and the successful candidate can be based out of the New York, Houston, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C. offices.

Requirements:

• Degree – Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
• Eligible for the Patent Bar.
• Licensed to practice law in the respective state.
• 2-4 years of experience.
