Role Overview:

As a Private Equity Associate, you will be an integral part of a high-performing team, focusing on complex and sophisticated transactions in the private equity space. The position involves:

• Advising on a range of private equity matters, including buyouts, recapitalizations, growth equity investments, and portfolio company transactions.
• Structuring, negotiating, and executing investment transactions and related financings.
• Collaborating closely with clients, investment bankers, accountants, and other advisors.
• Providing strategic counsel on regulatory issues, compliance, and governance.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York Bar.
• 3-6 years of relevant private equity experience from a top-tier law firm.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
• Commitment to client service and a keen interest in developing client relationships.
