Role Overview:
The successful candidate will play a key role in high-profile M&A transactions, working closely with a dynamic team of professionals in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging environment. The role involves:
- Advising on a broad range of M&A transactions, including public and private mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
- Conducting due diligence, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex transaction documents.
- Coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, and other third parties.
- Providing guidance on deal structuring, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance issues.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York Bar.
- 3-6 years of relevant M&A experience from a reputable law firm.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, particularly in the context of M&A transactions.
- Exceptional analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated client service orientation and a commitment to excellence.
